How It Works

Simply call The Computer Tech and make an appointment for one of our professional experts to visit your home and run diagnostics on your computer. Once the problem is pinpointed, you will be informed of cost and repairs needed to rectify the problem. If possible, repairs will be completed immediately in your home. Otherwise, we bring bring your computer back to our facility for repair, make the needed/approved repairs, and return your equipment to your home and set it up for you.

Possible Expenses

Please save all files prior to bringing having your system repaired. We will be happy to save your files for you upon request, but this will incur a data transfer fee.

Same day service for virus removal if computer is received by 5pm. Same day service on repairs that require parts replacement is not guaranteed. If parts are on back order or delayed, completion dates may be delayed.
