Who Are We?

The Computer Tech is based in Atlanta and locally owned. We’re a responsible member of the community, thoroughly focused on improving the consumer and small to medium-sized business computer-repair/tech-support landscape with impeccable, personalized service that empowers our clients. We provide an unparalleled range of computer repair and tech solutions services. We repair all makes and models of PC desktop computers and laptop computers. We also build and maintain Networks of all types, including mixed PC. For us no Tech challenge is too great; no Tech problem is too small.

From the beginning, The Computer Tech was founded on a sincere desire to provide the very best, most qualitative, honest, reliable, and cost-effective computer repair and technical support in Atlanta.

Our Staff

The Computer Tech employs a staff of smart, professional, trustworthy and personable technicians who are used to approaching problems in a logical manner. They’re also quite adept at creatively thinking "outside of the box” to find answers and solutions to problems that aren’t necessarily textbook in nature. In addition, they’re trained to weigh the benefits of multiple solutions and proceed in the most cost-effective manner possible. The Computer Tech technicians will never advise clients to move forward with a service that doesn’t make economic sense. And our technicians will always keep you, the client, abreast of every action they take, or consider taking, to affect a repair or other services. When it comes to environmental concerns, our staff places a top priority on recycling and reuse.

Our Rates

Consultation or Diagnosis

Our goal is to guide you to the best resolution for your problem. We test every component in your computer, including RAM, hard drive, video card, motherboard and more.

Please save all files prior to bringing having your system repaired. We will be happy to save your files for you upon request, but this will incur a data transfer fee.

The Computer Tech will not dismantle a computer as part of a basic diagnostic. Fortunately, most computers do not need to be dismantled to complete a diagnosis. If a problem requires dismantling of your machine, hourly labor charges will apply in addition to our standard diagnosis charges.

Same day service for virus removal if computer is received by 5pm. Same day service on repairs that require parts replacement is not guaranteed. If parts are on back order or delayed, completion dates may be delayed.
